Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the parcel is securely sealed.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
